About Ghost of Tsushima
Ghost of Tsushima is an open-world action game set in 1274, when the Mongol Empire invades the Japanese island of Tsushima. You play Jin Sakai, one of the last samurai, torn between the honorable warrior code he was raised with and the unconventional tactics — stealth, poison, and trickery — needed to push back a vastly larger enemy. The combat is grounded and cinematic: stance-switching lets you counter different weapon types, and duels against enemy leaders feel like samurai films come to life. The island itself is a visual masterpiece, with golden fields, bamboo forests, and shrines, explored on horseback with a guiding wind that replaces the usual map marker. The Ghost versus samurai conflict drives both the story and the gameplay, letting you choose how far to abandon honor to save your homeland. A multiplayer Legends mode adds cooperative missions on top of the single-player campaign.
